Each condo unit owns the spot in front of their home. If the spot in front of my house is open, you are more than welcome to park there. Just make sure to leave enough room for my neighbor to pull into her spot. Otherwise, there is visitor parking at the end of the carport near the mailboxes, when you first pull into Heather Circle. We are not allowed to park at the opposite end of the carport, nearest to my house. If the two visitor spots are filled, there is plenty of street parking.
